The CBC is searching for a Winnipeg host for CBC Newsworld program CBC News at Six.
The CBC has advertised a host position on a web-based job classified listing. Monster.ca lists "On a continuing and regular basis, performs a leading role in CBC News at Six for regional television in Winnipeg. The Host is involved in the development and execution of the program; the structure, direction and much of the content is regularly dictated by the experience, specialized knowledge and performance capabilities of the Host."
Previously Krista Erickson, Jennifer Rattray, Diana Swain, and Sandra Lewis were hosts of this regional program. Swain now hosts the Toronto program. The most recent host, Erickson, is now a reporter for The National.
