Sad. He was one of the good ones. --+Deprifry+ 01:04, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We Lost A Good One[edit]

I met Studs in Chicago at a rally against violence in a South Side, lakeshore neighborhood sometime in the mid-early 90s. He shook hands with all of us after making a moving speech without notes. Great thinker, great writer, and a great heart. I was saddened somewhat by his death but can smile knowing he really did it all, fearlessly and with aplomb. Even a great life must end. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.174.171.40 (talk) 01:25, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
