I live across the street from the hotel. I was waken up by what I thought was an earthquake, because my building was trembling. I also heard the loud burst of noise, but went back to sleep. In an hour I was waken up by the police loudspeaker saying that all residents has to come out of the building. Once I came out the policeman told me I could take my car. The street was already blocked and empty when I drove off. I heard the news later saying that there was no explosion, and the residents "thought" they heard the noise, and was shocked thinking why are they trying to deny that something did happen.
