Nice article, but a definite step in the wrong direction.24.30.16.34 16:53, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok...let me get this straight. theres a worldwide downturn in our economy, and this is what the government is focusing on? This is where our tax dollars go? On a bunch of old men thinking they understand they benefits and uses of a plant that has been cultivated for thousands of years, by numerous different cultures????

Please...lets focus on things that will help our economy....like i dunno LEGALIZING a plant that has uses for over 25000 different products, and unlimited medicinal potential??? The legalization of this substance alone can benefit our economy greatly, just think about it.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.63.62.3 (talkcontribs)

Government at work! Worldwide recession, global war on terror. And Their worry about weed. Just legalize it tax it and boom profit.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by KDP3 (talkcontribs)
