Economic Crisis[edit]
My name is chloe sullivan i am 19 yrs old,
Why is the centre of atention on this money problem, telling us we need to spend and put more money into the economy,so the rich can stay rich! i hate the fact that this is the case, spending money and basing our lives around material things is what got us into this problem in the first place, this country has lost all its morals and community values, we should be focusing on that, and doing good wills, we dont need flash cars and all that, i have lived and worked in south africa and the conditions and quality of life is appauling for the majority, and we have become to complacent with the material world we know, i mean that banker thats pention is like 6 million + what the hell is worth that amount of money its only worth what people are willing to pay for it, and we shouldnt be willing! we live these sorts of lives at the rest of the worlds expence, there is no such thing as fair trade from the west, like the 5 richest people in the world have together more money than the 28 poorest counties, once again what is worth that amount of money, except the well being of them countries, so we cant have the new dress we wanted or have money for nights out and fags, how shallow!
