lol i love how bias wikinews got in the last few months. Almost worse then MSNBC. And I'm not even going to debate on why this is news worthy? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.229.21.217 (talkcontribs)

Why not? Bias where? DragonFire1024 (Talk to the Dragon) 20:58, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
MSNBC fired Phil Donahue for opposing the Iraq war that is a bias, not in the way you are thinking however. Wikinews has a chance to do what other networks refuse to, report the news. Soapy (talk) 02:15, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Bias on a story that has pretty much been reported everywhere else including the mainstream media? I think some people here fail to comprehend the meaning of bias. --TUFKAAP (talk) 03:08, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could someone provide a video link? PRETTY PLEASE?! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.243.195.219 (talkcontribs)

Yes, very funny. The President was not harmed, and the guy is probably being tortured as we speak. Not without just cause, of course, but still. Not funny. 204.116.19.240 05:36, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"If you want the facts, it was a size ten."

Once again, Bush oversimplifies things. In this case, the gravest insult of Iraqi and Islamic culture to mere shoes. It's the meaning behind the shoes, you dunce! What would your "one-fingered victory salute" be without a meaning behind it?

You are a stain on our country's history. Good riddance. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.185.221.227 (talkcontribs)

Nah. I'd say you're a stain on the world. The Iraqi is HERO unlike your pussy "army heroes". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 62.24.251.241 (talkcontribs)

Not a newspaper[edit]

He doesn't work for an Egyptian newspaper! He works for a Cairo-based Iraqi television channel called "El-Baghdadia".

Cheers!

Why this article is not in the Wikipedia home page?[edit]

I'd like to know why did you guys (Wikipedia) did not put this article in the main page. This was without a doubt the biggest event of the year 2009. And the Wikipedia home page doesn't have the slightest note about this incident. Why? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 201.248.69.129 (talkcontribs)

That's good Al Zaidi[edit]

Thank you Al Zaidi. You're hero for your country. And also, the other country especially middle east and Indonesia. Thank you very much Al Zaidi. You made it. I can't do what you did. Even I want it. You do what all Iraqi must do. You gave him nice prize for everything he ever did. Thank you again. Even I'm a catholic, I don't care your religion. What I care is what you ever did to him, an American dog according what you say. He is Godless man who fight in the name of God. He is hypocrite. God never teaches his follower to kill someone. Thank you very much. What I can do is pray to the God. Hoping you're healthier than ever. So you can do more for your country, maybe to the world. I will always support you. Thank you so much Al Zaidi. You're my hero. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kazmierczak (talkcontribs)

What if...[edit]

What will happen if that number 10 shoes hit his face? That shoes same with step on dog poo. What will happen if that number 10 shoes hit his face? The answer is "Happy Christmas, Bush the Dog". What will happen if it doesn't shoes but a hammer?

Only God know what will happen. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kazmierczak (talkcontribs)

Yes ofcourse to do the insult of someone is against the humanity feelings and rights but what should people say if i comment it like that "its better to throw a shoe than to throw a bomb and kill the innocent ones!!" Throwing a shoe at the president?[edit]

I hear that throwing a shoe at someone is an act of complete disrespect. What was the point of throwing it though, I mean it wouldn't do much to throw a shoe at the president? Azamiz —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.245.82.251 (talkcontribs)

LOL![edit]

Personally, I think it would have been funny to see the lame get hit with a shoe. He was about the dumbest president the united states has ever seen. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.145.73.162 (talkcontribs)

I PAYS BEST REGARDS TO THE MUNTAZAR AL ZAIDI (SALAAAAAAAAM HO AP KO)[edit]

I, really very happy to see the man who is the ZAIDI the blood of the Imam e ALI have a lot of courage to throw a shoe to the YAZEED of times. It is all of the devotion of the relation with the Holy PBUH and the IMAM and the son of IMAM ZAID BIN ALI (Elehe salam)
