Miscarraiges of justice have risen in Scotland, we should all be ashamed of ourselves for not doing enough to highlight them more..

Dr Hans Kochler, Advisor to the United Nations on Democracy and Human Rights, is on record comparing the administration and application of Law in Scotland to that that of a 'Banana Republic', applying the term 'Totalitarian' in a separate interview.

The blatant inequalities perpetrated by the monopoly overseen by the Law Society of Scotland, and its allegiance to the disgraced insurance provider Marsh, require every Scottish Solicitor to rely upon Marsh - and no other - for Professional Indemnity Insurance.

While the abuses which have arisen from this monolply have long since been known and complained of, no major UK Political Party has addressed the matter in any meaningful or sincere fashion.

Lord Lang, former President of the UK Board of Trade and Industry remains a Board member of Marsh in New York.
