Every stoner I know that has a cat has gotten their furball high. Hurts nothing if you are kind about it, letting the cat run off if it's not happy about it. But it takes a real asshole to throw the cat in a bag full of smoke and twirl it around in the air. Idiot got what's coming for him. —192.138.51.34 (talk) 18:02, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I know so many people who have got their cat stoned and the funny thing is, the majority of them COME BACK and sit still and at times have actually poked their nose into the exhaling of smoke...not run off, and actually seem to enjoy it, but the throwing the bag around the head part....what an idiot, why was that necessary...he should get a jail sentence because anyone with the logic of lasso'ing any living thing shows how retarded he is.

Agreed with the above posts. That is a horrible thing to do to a poor cat (especially when you consider how scared it must have been while being so stoned), not to mention he stole the cat from an acquaintance. Definitely got what he deserved.

hahahahahahaha[edit]

flipping funny this

Seems overblown[edit]

Jail time - or even the threat thereof - seems disproportionate to the nature of the offense, as does referring to it as "vile." Exposing a cat to cannabis smoke is juvenile, to be sure, but the risk to the animal is really minimal. There's no chance of overdosing on cannabis, for example. Opponents of legalizing cannabis typically cite its nature as a demotivator, and its potential as a "gateway" to other drug use, as reasons for its illicit status. But both of these effects seem quite irrelevant to the life of a cat. And it's not as if cats are drug-free innocents... anyone who's seen a cat ingest catnip will vouch for the fact that it makes them quite intoxicated. Again, none of this is meant to sanction what this person did, only to point out that the level of haughty indignance exhibited by the authorities and the RSPCA is misplaced, even ridiculous.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.171.100.220 (talkcontribs)

As the people above have said, I would suspect the jail time was because he stuck it in a bag and swung it round. It was so distressed it ran off and was never found. That's vile. The RSPCA are idiots, though, I don't think anyone can disagree with that except those they manage to brainwash. They are a business with an agenda, and a poorly run one at that.
