Personally, now that our planet shows signs of ending, I think that making Mars habitable for Homo sapiens would be a wonderful development. Steven Hawkin has recently mentioned that we should be putting all of our money into finding an inhabitable planet in another solar system. This would be much easier, although, as I understand it, the Government has already put a large telescope into deed space searching for planets in other solar systems of the Milky Way. Of the question then is, and maybe even Mars for that matter is this: Who gets to go?
