"despicable, slimy, scummy websites" -- For fuck's sake, O'Reilly, buy a thesaurus! 24.56.51.114 02:06, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm glad he got to see how much warrantless wiretapping sucks. :) --Poisonous (talk) 07:59, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Aren't conservatives against privacy rights?--74.46.223.68 19:19, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The main criticism I'd make of O'Reilly's original comments is that they're anti-free-speech... but taking retribution against someone for having the wrong opinion is even more anti-free-speech. Much less taking retribution against a bunch of people because they have accounts on that site and probably agree with O'Reilly's opinions. --Struthious Bandersnatch (talk) 11:46, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's what I don't understand: Fox or O'Reilly haven't even hinted that they've recieved this information. How do we know that it's real? I'm using software to see if the document was forged (Photoshop), but I can't be sure. Codename Colorado (My User Page) (My Talk Page) 20:04, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There's no evidence to suggest a forgery. Codename Colorado (My User Page) (My Talk Page) 20:48, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And this is a perfect example of why you shouldn't criticise Anonymous. O'Reilly might as well painted a bulleye on himself in front of the camera. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.177.113.39 (talk) 20:41, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

concerning the election[edit]

Why is it that everyone is so up-tight about this election or any other election We the people do not truly elect the President anyway. In Dec. the electorial college gets together in each of the state houses and votes the President in that is why we have the inauguration in January.

This was written into our Constitution by the Founding Fathers because they felt the people at the time were not educated enough to understand the importance of voting in a President.

Why question is: Why doesn't any of the news commentators ever talk about this in detail to make the public understand how the Elections truly work. The losing candidate does not have ANY of the votes count.

I personally am a McCain/Palin supporter---I have a son in the Navy and proud of it!

Hmmmmmmmmm.....[edit]

Another object lesson in why everyone should be careful about what they put in email and on websites, and why computer security is so important (yes sooooo woefully neglected).207.69.137.15 —Preceding comment was added at 08:36, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comments from feedback form - "I have tried to contact Bill t..."[edit]

I have tried to contact Bill through e-mail, but have been unsuccessful. I think I have a simple and reasonable way to stop the oil leak, but no one will return my calls. Bill I watched your show on Monday. Just wanted to let you know how bias I thought you were. Are you going to blame your camera person when you forget to gas up? One cannot control all aspects of ones job at the same time. I believe they should pay however how can you blame him for somebody going to sleep? —71.83.239.50 (talk) 21:28, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
