Water can bee seen flooding over the bike path in Delaware Park near Delaware Avenue. (Not pictured) Thousands, perhaps millions of 'minno-fish' can be seen swiming toward the water overflow on the bike path. It is not known why they are all there or why they are attracted to the site. This event have never been seen before.
