Article validation is the final step in the Flagged Revisions process. However it should be noted that Wikinews does not use this step as of this time.
Article revisions can only be marked as validated (validate) by users in the Wikinews:Reviewer group.
Users in the Wikinews:Editor group can mark revisions as sighted (review).
