No, DPLs should not be used. This page should be a redirect to either a portal or the category. There are a number of regional category templates to maintain a portal, and the actual category itself should probably have a DPL of the last 5-10 stories and links to WP as appropriate. --Brian McNeil / ^talk 13:13, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
