Pulled, cleaned up, republished[edit]

I pulled the article from publication due to soft phrasing which avoided saying who had made what statements. I think I've rewritten most of those out, expanded where some of the statements are coming from. Expanded Info[edit]

I added a little more information to expand the suspected range of the shortfall of power generation as identified on the BBC website. Also edited paragraph 2 to draw together the story a little more.
