My two cents on the matter

I think it's ridiculous. Some guy is following through a complaint because he was foolish enough to take an advert at face value. I don't think companies should have to deal with stuff like this to do with advertising. They may have a responsibility to inform as acurately, but the consumer also has a responsibility to find all information out instead of blindly believing the marketing and advertising.
