Well aprently its illegal to publish it, so the wikimedia foundation has to obey the law of the jurisdiction its in. Unfourtanatly thats the US. (I'm fairly disgusted by the whole thing though. seems pretty anti-free speech in my opinion). In other news, someone tried to register a user account under that name and he was renamed.
