Talk:Fight for consideration as hockey's hometown rages on in Canada, as a premier takes issue

Just a minor note: The lead in to this story says:

Joe Handley, Premier of the Northwest Territories, accused the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) of ignoring his province in Hockey: A People's History (H:APH).

The Northwest Territories is not a province but, like the name suggests, a territory. Unfortuatnely, this is a mistake often seen in the non-Canadian media, but a site like Wikinews, that has immediate access to Wikipedia, where the NWT's territorial status is well-defined, should know this.

(I don't see how to edit the page to correct this minor error like you can do on Wikipedia. I'm also not about to create an account to correct a once-in-a-million error on this otherwise fine site.  ;) ) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.78.58.42 (talkcontribs) 08:39, 9 February 2007
