The 1998 report is on moral corruption and illicit sexual relations[1]. If we aren't suposed to add older relevant stories, then feel free to remove this one.--MW 07:17, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Well, we can use that source; if information from that source is included in the story. Unlike an encyclopedia though we shouldn't collect gratuitous sources; it makes fact-checking problematic when there's too much to read that isn't used in the story. --Brian McNeil / ^talk 07:22, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
