I decided to go ahead and publish the article. It's been more then 24 hours since it was asked to be reviewed by another editor. I did the first draft but since my draft, it been basically 100% rewritten. I went though the article and the sources and it meet the guidelines. --PatrickFlaherty (talk) 01:15, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
