[edit] Article Rewrite
Since the article was tagged as abandonned and it appeared as no source for the Lomb quotes were forthcoming, I went ahead and rewrote the article as now done. Meaning no disrespect at all to the original writer I felt several folks thought that the unattributed quotes were a problem and that reasonably quick action was needed to save the article from becoming immaterial. -Richard 'Doc' Kinne 21:28, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
