headline kinda POV[edit]

Headline seems POV to me. "Chinese police kill 20 villagers" sounds like it was just a whim, reinforcing what a lot of people think about China. When the protesters admit pyrotechnics were thrown, that probably means far more potent things were used. Also, the villages say up to 20 were killed. They don't say 20, and the offical (though admittedly probably low) count is 3. The headline should be, "Chinese police kill up to 20 protesters in a village," or something to that effect. That keeps all essential facts- the highest death toll mentioned, and the identity of those dead- while also not making it look like the police just picked up 20 folks and shot them.
