  • The big mistake here was the quote misattributed to Mitchell, there being no evidence in the sources that he was the one who said that. As reviewer, I have to maintain sufficient independence from the article to review, so I couldn't replace the quote with something that Mitchell did say, although that too would have eliminated the misattribution problem; correcting the attribution, however, was within my purview.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
