I'm not sure if this should be considered original, but everything was taken from the raw transcripts of the candidate speeches and the statistics.
- For the urban/rural statements look at the map at http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/primaries/states/ohio and click on the different boxes.
- If you count the number of states that held contests in the NYT source, it will be eleven. However, you must discount Wyoming since the caucuses are not complete.
