Error: Judicial Experience [edit]

"If confirmed, she would be the first US Supreme Court Justice without ever having held a judicial position."

100% false. Some of the greatest Supreme Court Justices of all time--John Marshall, Earl Warren, William Rehnquist, Felix Frankfurter, and Louis Brandeis ALL didn't have any judicial experience prior to serving on the court.

PLEASE EDIT ASAP.
