Can be published but demands a little work here[edit]
I think this article shall be published but it must be corrected first. It is bad. The information needs to be detailed a little more. This way it seems the article violates the NPOV policy. Is the Excerpts passage necessary? You could write it with your own words(it is a suggestion, not a exigence). Carlosar 12:31, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
The link to the Valech Report in Spanish and the link to the quotes of the report by the Miami Herald are nonfunctional. The link to the actual report seems as though the Spanish site deleted the entry, but the link to the Miami Herald seems to be the wrong address.
