This doesn't really make sense:

"Open access refers to railways and transportation services that can be available to other interested investors, besides the owners of the companies."

The passage is from Wikipedia's article. Sadly, that article is badly written and trying to do three jobs at once. I removed it. I think "open access" is explained well without it - once in the article body in brackets and once at the end in more detail. That should do it. Redvers (talk) 21:13, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
