This template is loaded above the editbox any time someone edits an article, that they directly accessed from a Wikipedia article.

To function, the supporting javascript code relies on the web browser providing an accurate referrer header. If a user looks at several Wikinews pages prior to making an edit the referrer will not be a Wikipedia page.
