usage: {{wikinews|title=ArticleTitle|date=Month DD,YYYY}}

Date

Please change "{{{date}}}" to "{{#if:{{{date|}}}|{{#time:F d, Y|{{{date}}}}}|{{{date}}}}}", which will format any given date to Month DD, YYYY. For example, "{{#time:F d, Y|2007-09-27}}" outputs "September 27, 2007". —Pathoschild 19:50, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
