USL football: Djekanovic to Whitecaps; O'Brien to Earthquakes

Canadian USL club Vancouver Whitecaps signed former Toronto FC goalkeeper Srdjan Djekanovic to a one year contract. Djekanovic posted a record of two wins, three losses and two ties with a 1.28 goals against average with Toronto FC.
In another transaction, Toronto FC traded right winger Ronnie O'Brien to San Jose Earthquakes for a First Round Pick in next year's draft and cash.
