Who Am I?

I am Brad McGarr, and I reside in Phoenix, Arizona. I have strong ties to Washington State, specifically the Wenatchee / North Central Washington area and the Puget Sound region. I joined Wikinews to begin working on multiple projects.

Why Am I Here?

As I stated above, I joined Wikinews April 14, 2007, just to begin working on some new exciting projects. My time is limited, so the amount of reporting may be less than others, however, I do have some background in Journalism.

In 2003, I operated as the Business Manager and member of the Editorial Staff of The Knight Life College Newspaper for Wenatchee Valley College in Wenatchee, Washington. I wrote several articles and editorials while working on the Founding Editorial Staff. I am currently an inactive member of the American Red Cross, and as such can be alerted to local activities earlier than some others. My contributions will be primarily regarding events relating to Phoenix, Arizona and Wenatchee, Washington.
