Hi. My name is Mauro I have been contributing to a number of Wikimedia projects for 3 years in the English, French and Italian languages as Wikipedius. My interests cover a broad spectrum: world affairs, current events, history, the media. On Wikipedia, I usually write or improve on articles about English, French and Italian Literature.

I strongly believe in the three tenets of our democracies. Freedom of information, freedom of worship, freedom of assembly is something I feel very strongly about. I believe in and admire the U.S. Constitution, and believe that its message is timeless.

From my family, and my father who fought with Allied Forces against the Nazi invasion of Italy I have learned that human life, human rights, human dignity cannot exist without freedom, the freedom to be, do, say, what I want without Big brothers" watching over my shoulder.
