EU fines Microsoft $1.35 billion for non-compliance with antitrust decision[edit]

Hi there. I think the content and sources you're adding to this article are great, but it suggests that the article isn't really "published" material (generally, "published" article's should be as complete as possible, with the exception of breaking news).
