Hi A101, when deleting local images that are found on commons, but with a different name, please replace all instances of the old local name with the image name as used on commons. Opps, sorry if I didn't make it clear that the image on Commons was under a different name when I nominated this and any other images recently. Recent changes in the MediaWiki software make it easier to find duplicated images which I noticed was the case here but failed to notice it was a different name.
