Tamino, welcome to Wikinews! Thank you for your contributions; I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Our key policies - if you read anything, read these!

Here a few pointers to help you get to know Wikinews:

There are always things to do on Wikinews:

By the way, you can sign your name on Talk pages using four tildes (~~~~), which produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, you can ask them at the water cooler or to anyone on the Welcommittee, or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! Doldrums 14:38, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

sweden election article[edit]

can u help check whether the swedish language sources i've moved to the Sources section are proper? atleast one of them needs fixing. once all of the in-text links are placed correctly in the article, the in-text links need to be removed. thanks. Doldrums 14:38, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

in-text links are the ones in the body of the article, the ones that look like this: [1]. i think all of them are now also listed in the sources section. just check it over once, and then all the in-text links can be removed. Doldrums 14:46, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I’m trying to add this source, but the captcha is broken for me, so I can’t:

  • { {source|url=ht tp://today.reuters.com/news/articlenews.aspx?storyID=2006-09-17T215432Z_01_L17796442_RTRUKOC_0_US-SWEDEN-ELECTION.xml

|title=Centre-right alliance wins power in Sweden |author=Simon Johnson |pub=Reuters |date=September 17, 2006} } --193.11.177.69 15:06, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Thanks for the source. Tamino 15:20, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Listing articles on your userpage[edit]

I see you're another one of us who is going to keep track of contributions, why not use Template:Wikinews for this, same as you'd do in the Related news section of an article? --Brian McNeil / talk 10:25, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

DUP article[edit]

Thoughts on the DUP article using QuoteLeft and QuoteRight? I know you meant editorial balance on the talk, but do you agree the page layout looks more balanced now too? --Brian McNeil / talk 10:25, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
