Account creators are a class of user on Wikinews. Users with the account creator flag are not subject to the usual rate limitations, and are able to bypass the usual limit of creating six new accounts per day, and can instead create accounts (using the interface at Special:CreateAccount) without restriction.
Administrators are granted the rights given to account creators, by default.
Only bureaucrats are able to add or remove users from this group.
