- AbstainI know wikinews is not a place to write old articles, but wikinews is a place to have an archive of old articles always avalible. (I'm sure that used to be one of the justifications for wikinews, but i can't find it anywhere.) so if it was being worked on for that period of time consitantly, I think it could be deleted or undeleted. Tag as not news (or delete, but do something to get it off the front page). I first clicked on the story because I wanted to see what justified it having a spam-ish name (ambiguous use of "hit"), I was then doubly dissappointed when it turned out to be an article about a non-notable event, and the article is written in a spam-ish way. It doesn't tell you what's on the webpage, so wikinews readers are give a curiosity which will lead some to add to the page hits of the linked page. (Of course, I won't click.
