Than Shwe, head of state of Burma has died today. He was [age].

He was born on 2 February 1933 in Kyaukse, Mandalay, Myanmar. he served as Commander-in-Chief of the Tatmadaw and chairman of the State Peace and Development Council since April 23, 1992.
