It would be nice, I think, if voted by "approval"... Our voting won't be so stilted or divisive if we don't "oppose" people. What do you think above "support" or "approve" votes only? --Chiacomo (talk) 02:17, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Good idea! —this is messedrocker (talk) 02:17, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I would prefer our normal support oppose style voting or a support only with a strong emphasis on comments. Arbcom is important enough to cause a bit of division. I would hate to see some one win/lose solely because they were able to convince enough random people to vote for them/some one else. --Cspurrier 02:26, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
"Support" voting with comments sounds viable. --Chiacomo (talk) 03:00, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think it would be helpful to get some comments from those who do not vote "support". In any case the "support" "oppose" seems fine too. PVJ(Talk) 02:12, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ach the rules![edit]

Well I meet the 200 edits limit but not the month one for voting (having only been here for a week an a half) still I would like to profess my !vote of support even if it doesnt count. Ill do it here on the talk page so it doesnt get included by accident (and of course it would hardly be appropriate on the main page). So anyway, my vote would go to Messedrocker. Dang those rules ;)--Errant 11:34, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
