Suggestions from[edit]

Suggestions from Peteforsyth:

  • (9:12:20 PM) peteforsyth: (2) what are the different kinds of PRIVILEGES here (accreditation, editor/sighter, and admin)
  • (9:12:45 PM) peteforsyth: and closely related to (2): what are the things a non-privileged newbie is expected and/or allowed to do?
