Being a Free project, you should be using OpenOffice... :) Dan100 (Talk) 20:31, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- I knew it would be dangerous to say I was using Excel! But I did'nt pay for it! It's on the computer im using anyways. I have OpenOffice on my computer aswell... but sometimes it just does'nt preform as well as Excel! Its improving though.
To keep the hounds at bay; i've been using Firefox since Dec. → CGorman (Talk) 20:37, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Hey, you coulda fixed my crap wikilinking ;). BTW have you tried one of the OOo 2.0 betas? I've been using them for a few weeks and I'm finding them an improvement on Office XP. The new database, in particular, is a godsend, if still a little buggy Dan100 (Talk) 20:58, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- To be honest besides using excel to create the odd chart the only other piece of software I seem to use on my computer is Wordpad to write up wikinews stories before publishing them! → CGorman (Talk) 22:31, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Appreciate the work on this, CGorman. Are we thinking about keeping some ongoing data available for complex modeling, or are the ones on Awareness statistics enough? - Amgine 03:38, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- To be honest I was just messing about in Excel one night and came up with those figures - i've no plkans as to where we go from here. As regards data wikistats has been launched, plenty there for other charts and projections. → CGorman (Talk) 14:19, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
