Devon and Cornwall Police were unable to recognize or confirm the vehicle's license plate number. He has been taken into custody on suspicion of burglary and is currently being held by the police.
Devon and Cornwall Police have asked anyone who thinks they may have seen the car to call 101 and mention log number 150 from April 15. Police believe the car is still somewhere in the Torquay area.
