General Vang Pao was one of the best Hmong Generals and worked very closely with the CIA and ISA on Operation Grand Eagle, we use to assist him and his people obtain weapons and more to assist in the Over Throw of Laos and place him back in power all sanctioned by the CIA. He and his Hmong people were instrumental in the Operation Grand Eagle an unofficial secret Mission by the CIA/ISA. Members were Vang Pao, Richard Armitage,Robert Moberg, Scott Barnes, Jerry " HOG" Daniels=who's now has a STAR on the CIA's Wall,this covert mission was revealed in three US Senate and COngressioanl Hearing and one US Federal Grand Jury and in the two books, "BOHICA" and "Kiss the Boys Goodbye"
