Anybody know what the correlation rate is between date rape drug ingestion and this sort of thing happening? What would that be in the legal system? Negligent homicide? Manslaughter? Reckless endangerment of a minor? I'm just speculating here but this doesn't seem like something that would happen because you were drunk.

I've seen people to crazy-stupid things after surprisingly little alcohol; "hey take a cool picture of me here" isn't half as outrageous as, say, "I bet I can run and jump across these four lanes of traffic."
