Anytime I hear anything about price fixing, I am reminded of the following story:

Three men are in prison, and decide to tell the others what they're in for.

The first man says, "I charged higher than everyone, and got put in for price gouging."

The second man says, "I outbid and charged lower than everyone else, and got put in for predatory pricing."

The third man says, "I paid the same as everyone else, and got put in for price fixing."
