Misleading title

Sorry i havent read the article yet, so i am only going on the title, but wouldn't Condoleeza Rice qualify as a director of a major US intelligence agency when she was head of the NSA? Did I miss something?

Nevermind - i educated myself.  :) Apparently Ms Rice was never the head of the NSA, She was the National Security Advisor - which is a different TLA.
