Mr Magrahi (sic, that is how he spelled his name) had nothing to do with the bombing of Pan m 103, 2hich was carried out by the US and Iran acting together to give Iran its one and one only revenge for the deliberate shooting down of IR655, the Iranian Airbus. it is a badly written article with mawkish sentimentality,
