Wrong extension?

I believe the proposed extensions in 2004, which included extensions to Broomhill and Dore, would have been more cost-effective, as (already said in the article) Rotherham currently has rail and bus links to Sheffield city.

At least this useless coalition has put hands into pockets for something though, I guess.
