fastest man-made object frame dragging?

Given that einstien shows mass=energy could the high speed/energy of this small mass spinning object cause frame dragging around it; similar to that cause around the large mass of our spinning sun? if so have we witness some kind of rosen bridge/ dimensional event with it's 'disappaerarnce?! My girlfriend spins faster than that. But then again, she hates it when I call her an object.
