I know double talk when i hear it!!!!!!!!! There is no respect in the world to the point that so called adults? Set a lousey role model. You can pick on my puntucation if you so choose. What happened to PLEASE AND THANK YOU????????? Short and to the point. God Bless All!!!!
Having been around the block, having been arrested for protesting the Viet Nam war and having never voted for a winning President in all that time, I AM LOOKING for a good soul to support. (I voted for Dr Benjamin Spock of the people's party in 1972.) It is not easy to see into a soul, I found, but that is probably the only way we will get a real deal, not a shape shifter. Altho I don't see eye to eye with this dude's climate change scare tactics, HE MAY BE THE ONE. I would like to have a face-to-face talk with him. I wonder how that would be possible on this this earth plane... Just staying. (That is, I will keep on keeping on, not being distracted by the howling creature comforts, not stop paying attention like so many of my contemporaries of the 'Sixties did.)
Expecting a different result by doing the same thing over and over again is the definition of insanity. We often hear "Oh, if we split the vote a Republican might get elected" So what? How much farther down can be go...we are at rock bottom now! If we got the word out about Mr. Anderson and his record and what he stands for...if we got him to the campuses and student venues across the country, then he would have a fighting chance at becoming president. I personally don't want another 4 years of degrading our democracy to a banana republic. If the OWC would align with his candidacy, if unions would support him, if there was a concerted effort by the Progressive Voters and Independent Thinkers to finally realize that Mr. Anderson is not a messiah but a man who understands the necessity of problem solution and compromise, then we can get him elected in 2012. The power of the people's vote is limitless. If we gathered for Obama, we can swarm for Anderson and achieve the same result.
We The People are still going to have to step up to the plate and DEMAND CHANGE not HOPE. But if anyone is naive enough to think it will happen with any but a few of the elected officials in office, they are sadly mistaken. This is a once in a life time chance to seize the moment and change the course of history and the future of our country, our children and our grand children. For God's sake, stop voting your fears and vote with confidence in a man that will stand his ground for what he AND we believe to be truth and honesty. MAKE IT HAPPEN PEOPLE! Vote ANDERSON for PRESIDENT !!
Mr Saturn has done a wonderful job. I feel as if I know this man, and how he thinks. I personally think he could be the leader that could save this nation. He has ethics, wisdom, and insight. We shall see if a man that speaks so well and so frankly about our problems and missteps can be elected in today's America. I agree with absolutely all of his statements, and I actually believe that most of America does as well, in spite of distorted news and rabble rousing by extreme right wing media. We have been given a chance to vote for a man that resembles Jefferson in his outlook and beliefs. Take it!
After years of exposure to Democrats and Republicans, Rocky Anderson is almost too good to be true. I keep thinking the man must harbor some dark thoughts, must misunderstand something, must have gotten his facts wrong somewhere, and must have erred in some of his conclusions. But I've yet to come across any of his ideas or statements that aren't persuasive and well thought out. Even so, I hope he will be pitted against other progressive aspirants so that the strongest candidate can lead us into 2012. A progressive candidate will stand the best chance of winning if he or she emerges after a winnowing process similar to the primaries the traditional parties use to select their strongest candidates.
