Summary[edit]

Taken from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnoMGqcN554 . (video was not relevant - basically just we should all protest Scientology and the original was taken down by Fox for copyvio [which is interesting as its questionable as to if Fox would own copyright, but IANAL]). Transcoded flv (the mp3 audio part specifically) into wav using ffmpeg, then from wav to ogg vorbis using oggenc.

I believe this is Fair use for use on Bart Simpson used to promote Scientology as It is very relevant to the subject of the article, which is news worthy. In addition, it was essentially used to get publicity for a meeting, which makes it similar to a Publicity Image (I think anyways). It is used for critical commentary of message.

On YouTube, it was published with comment: This is a 100% real message the church of Scientology has been using to promote their event/ Please protest this event Jan 31 2009 in your Bart gear. by fullofbts
